Chuck and Kevin have been my service advisors for all of my cars almost since I started having my cars done there in 1998. I have purchased cars there and had All of them only serviced at your location, even though I moved about an hour and a half to two hours away in Lakeland. As long as Chuck is still working there we will be customers for life. My Son took the Rogue with him on his contract job in North Carolina and he tried using the Nissan dealership up there but has been so badly treated he refuses to return. He is Spoiled by the Service we've received from lokey the past 26 years. Chuck is awesome, he really cares about his people and he Never tries to oversell anyone. He just explains what is needed or necessary and lets me make up my own mind. But I've always done what he has recommended for us.

I bought a car and most of the things were online. Came to dealer ship knew what I wanted and got a deal! That guy DAVID just incredible. I had a few things that I DID NOT CHECK and I sent him a text and you know what, they gave me answers and resolved my problems. I respect that. Mistakes are happening no one is perfect and what matters the most how much effort being put into resolving my problems that I didn’t check. This dealership always makes me feel comfortable. I have moved but still go back to Lokey. The last time I thought I had made an appointment but it did not appear in their records. They still squeezed me on, warning that it may take over an hour. I pouted but went in and enjoyed a coffee and donut. In 45 minutes I was ready to go. ?
I appreciate the lifetime oil changes and would lead me to buy again however I do not like the BG service guidelines presented. I expect my dealership to follow and provide manufacturers service schedules.
