We broke down in our '24 Pathfinder Platinum while on vacation and had our car towed to Lokey Nissan on a Saturday night. They got to it promptly on Monday morning and diagnosed it with a defective low pressure fuel pump. They luckily had the part in stock and got us back on the road. Lee was our service advisor and was very kind and professional.

Everyone there is amazing especially Julianna, Alex and Mario they helped me out tremendously! I was in a terrible situation and they did whatever they could and got me want I asked and needed.

This was the most seamless car buying experience I have ever had. Steve Alatorre, John Klarides, Lani Kliti and Ryan Overmann raised the bar of hospitality and customer service. My experience was fast, reliable, honest and efficient. I called John Klarides and told him what my budget was, and what vehicle I was interested in. John gave me all the answers while still on the phone. I came to the store to test drive. All of the paperwork was already completed by Ryan. Lani went over the vehicle and introduced me to service, and I drove away. I will recommend Lokey Nissan to all of my friends and family for a fast and efficient car buying experience.

Gone are the days of the pushy high-pressure sales people at Lokey Nissan I just got a fantastic deal on a slightly used Nissan frontier I was pretty skeptical when a young, probably smiling young lady popped her head up from the hundreds of cars to choose from and approached us It turns out that this young lady was extremely knowledgeable and an extremely hard worker Young lady was extremely genuine and not pushy as a matter of fact, we found a car that I was about to purchase. She could tell on my face that I was not entirely satisfied. She took another look at her inventory and found another vehicle that had just came in that better suited me When it came to my trade-in, it was too good to be true. I know the tactics of car dealerships where I have been a consultant for numerous different dealers Now time to talk to the dreaded sales manager to get his commitment on the trading He also was a very genuine young man, and insured me that there were no tricks being played and this was the deal that they were giving me I put my deposit down on the vehicle and returned the following day to do my financing with a financing manager, which are normally the real shysters of the business There was no weight and none of the typical games that car dealerships play with you Time to go through the rigmarole with the financial manager where they attach points to my loan and upsell me on all the maintenance plans that they think the vehicle should have After Ryan finished his chocolates I received a pretty good rate of 6.65 for use vehicle I commented on the rate and mentioned that I’ve seen lower rates on the Internet, But this rate was acceptable and I would follow through with purchasing the vehicle. He paused for a moment and picked up the phone and called the loan vehicle attempting to get a better rate I didn’t ask him and already committed to the loan Ryan reviewed all the different plans with me and of course recommended all of them but he went back to the one important vehicle maintenance plan and said it was a no-brainer I looked at it and he was right it was a no-brainer. For $$1500 I received a maintenance plan for. 125,000 miles and seven years. He did not push it on me, but I would’ve been an idiot not to take that At the end of the day, I was thrilled with my purchase and the deal that I got from Lokey Nissan. I greatly appreciate it the genuine attitude and professionalism of all the people that I dealt with my transaction They ever in my business for my next purchase and I will recommend to all my friends and acquaintances to go see Jullianna at Lokey Nissan

Mario and Colby are the best. Went into Lokey Nissan to look at a Nissan Kicks. Came home with it. The process didn’t take 5 hours and there was absolutely no back and forth. Probably the best car buying process I’ve been a part of.

Had a great experience with my recent purchase of a used Frontier. Kyle, Eliu in sales and Tony in finance were awesome to work with. Matthew was our salesperson and he was extremely professional and friendly. He answered all of our questions and even took a call from us on his day off. He introduced my husband and I to the service dept. staff and made sure we were scheduled for a service appointment.

This is my 4th vehicle from Lokey, and as always I had a great experience. My salesperson, Frankie, was excellent - would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a new car.
