Frankie was the best car salesman I’ve ever dealt with he did not stop working for us all day he didn’t leave us to go to a different customer he stayed with us and worked until he found the car we wanted at the price we wanted in the payments we wanted I would like to thank Frankie. You have exceptional customer service I am 54 years old and I work in customer service my whole life and you are definitely top notch.

Frankie is one of THE BEST salesman I have ever found... He goes that extra mile with a smile on his face, I see a grand future ahead of him!! Thank you to Eunice as well, they both worked miracles and didn't stop until they had me satisfied!!

Update : how can you reply to a post but not answer nor call back ??? You make it look like your genuinely concerned about resolving this but you’re really not attempting too fix this issue . I’ve been without a vehicle now for a month . My opinion these people are corrupt! My husband bought a used 2018 Jeep Wrangler from here not even a year ago and it’s been broken down for a month because sludge was found in the engine. I have called several times requesting the inspection paperwork that was documented on the vehicle prior to being put up for sale, and have yet to receive a call or email of this documentation. Every time I’ve called in requesting this information I’ve only been told that it will be sent to me, or the person who has access to that information isn’t in today. The anticipation I had when I purchased this vehicle was it was in great condition, so I also purchased the best warranty plan they had to offer. The warranty company denied my claim due to the modifications done to the vehicle that I bought this way from Lokey Nissan. Why sell a warranty to someone when the warranty doesn’t cover modified vehicles? They have been informed of what is going on with this vehicle I have purchased from them and have done nothing to help me. I am willing to delete this review if they take accountability and help me as their customer.

I really like Lokey. My sales guy, Frankie was great, very respectful and helpful. I had the oil changed recently and they drove me to work. Very nice….And my car was washed and vacuumed as well. Frankie saw me picking up my car from getting oil changed. Came and asked how the car is and pulled it up for me.

Amazing experience from start to finish. Frankie is the man! Never once felt pressured. My parents have bought 4 vehicles from them in the past. I will absolutely buy my next vehicle from them as well.
